Kat has produced, edited, hosted, and launched audio projects such as Point of Origin, Climate Cuisine, The Margaret Cho, The Infatuation Notcast, and The Curious Eater. Her three-part audio series, Why is That a Thing?, was a 2016 Society of Professional Journalists Mark of Excellence Award for In-Depth Reporting finalist.

Layli interviewed several key individuals connected to the movement about their firsthand experiences, and why baguettes have become so critically important as a form of the uprising in Tunisia.
